Tiny Tree Books is proud to announce the latest additions to our roster of talented authors and illustrators. Slated for release in the first half of the new year, we’re pleased to add even more fantastic books to our 2025 collection. This announcement follows news of nine new acquisitions earlier in the year.
“I’m proud that Tiny Tree is working with so many amazing talents,” says Tiny Tree Publishing Manager James Shaw. Shaw oversaw the acquisition of all titles, following a successful round of open submissions. He continues: “We’re thrilled we get to work with returning creators like Dawn Treacher, familiarise our audience with talents like Donn Swaby, and introduce new names to the publishing world like Laura Jeffcote, Kitty Morgan, and Sally Anderson”.
Author and illustrator Laura Jeffcote brings her work from the world of animation to children’s books with her debut picture book — a hair-raising story starring eight-legged friends.
We meet a family of foul-smelling, trolls travelling the world in a new picture book from Paulette Dowle and Tim Brunt.
We’re getting mysterious with author Peter Woolrich (making his debut as a children’s author) and illustrator Lauren Reeves for the first in a series of environmentally-themed picture books.
Sally Anderson makes her debut with a picture book that will have readers howling for joy. The first of a two-book deal.
The hugely creative Tom Phipps delivers a fun and vibrant new picture book — the first of several new books from the author-illustrator — encouraging kids to try many different things, and not to worry too much about those “oopsie” moments.
Kitty Morgan transitions her talents from musical theatre to the world of literature. She makes her debut with a heroic and hazardous novel set in a nightmarish vision of London—the first of a new series for young adults.
American actor turned children’s author Donn Swaby is set to release his first middle-grade title — a fantasy adventure novel about a legendary amulet and one boy’s quest to stop it from falling into the wrong hands.
Dawn Treacher returns to Tiny Tree, signing a three-book deal for a new series of picture books about embracing our differences and managing friendships, starring a gardening witch.
All of these wonderful creatives join the likes of Susie Oh, Laura DieBelius, Ffion Jones, and Nadine Holland in releasing new titles for Tiny Tree in 2025.
