Sharon Gold is an experienced social worker who has dedicated her career to supporting Holocaust survivors and refugees. She is also a proud mum of two, with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Social Work. Alongside her professional life, Sharon has spent the past 20 years nurturing a passion for writing heartfelt yet humorous rhyming children’s stories and poems.

Her background in trauma work deeply informs the messages and morals woven into her books, reflecting her empathy, resilience, and belief in the healing power of storytelling. Writing in rhyme is a family tradition passed down through generations, and for Sharon, finding the perfect rhyme can even bring a tear to her eye.
